1.1 New a "block utorrent" policy
New a "block dropbox" policy in "Policy Settings"->"Blocking Level Settings".
1.2 Apply the policy
Apply the "block utorrent" policy to computer(s) in "User-device List".
1.3 Check result
No download speed in utorrent and there are records in real-time blocking.
