Cisco ASA 5505 port mirroring
1 How to enable port mirroring in cisco ASA 5505?
To enable port mirroring, you need to access cisco ASA 5505's command line console. Then follow below two steps to enable port mirroring:
1.1 Define the destination port(connected to wfilter)
1.2 Define the source port(connected to the switch)
You can setup multiple mirrored source ports.
In this example, wfilter pc is connected to 1/3 port, while the switch is connected to port 1/16.
